As per rules i need to explain the members

Rotom-Wash is for opposing ground type teams as they can be threatening due to not many coverage options on electric Monotype teams and Volt switch is for switching out to deal with oppositions that may be dealt with better by other team members while toxic can force my opponent to switch before toxic finishes their currently active pokemon

Zeraora is here to deal with Steel types with the dangerous combo of Drain Punch and bulk up which can keep Zeraora alive while dealing with Steel Types that can be specially tanky and due to his high speed tier almost guarantees him the first move with life orb buffing his non stab moves meaning if it hits a will mostly likely dent them

Mega Manectric is, unsurprisingly on this team due to it’s Hidden power coverage on ground types already being a giant threat while covering Grass types with Flamethrower, being able to Pivot with Volt switch and dealing high Stab damage using Thunderbolt

Regieleki is here as my terrain setter making powerful electric types even stronger and preventing RestTalk users and prevents pokemon that rely on rest for healing from working which being able to volt switch to Galvantula to set up sticky web Ancient Power is for hopeful 10% Omni-Boost which could allow him to Bag a KO on a team member before either getting KO’d himself or Volt switching out

Galvantula is here for one reason only, Sticky webbing the opponents, as such, the rest of his moveset is filler unless of course my opponent is using a psychic type with Magic Bounce (Xatu, Espeon etc.) in which Bug Buzz can at least weaken them

Tapu Koko can be absolutely devastating under the effect of electric terrain with Specs and boosted electric type moves coupled with Stab turning it from just a shock to a full lightning storm, Dazzling gleam is here to deal with dragon types when the flying type isn’t present, Grass Knot is here for your heavy ground types, (Seismitoad, Swampert, Groudon)

- Galvantula should be removed from the team. Electric teams are already fast since they have Pokemon like Zeraora, Regieleki, Alolan Raichu under Electric terrain, etc, so Sticky Web isn't needed on Electric teams. (And is honestly overkill for speed control)
- Generally, Electric teams in NatDex Monotype use Zapdos, Iron Hands, Tapu Koko, Rotom-Wash, and an Electric Terrain abuser (either Alolan Raichu or Regieleki). This leaves one slot open. Galvantula is one slot that will have either Zapdos or Iron Hands, but Mega Manectric or Zeraora would need to be replaced. I may provide an answer
explaining changes to the team, but I'll need to know if you're fine with replacing Mega Manectric, replacing Zeroara, or if you still want both on the team. Depending on what you want, there are some angles I could see the team going:

If you want to keep Zeraora, then Mega Manectric would be replaced.
If you want to keep Mega Manectric, then Zeraora would be replaced.
If you want both Zeraora and Mega Manectric, you could replace Regieleki since some Electric teams may drop the Electric Terrain abuser slot.
